Hariharan Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Operations Lead to drive, manage, and elevate their marketing efforts across diverse sectors like finance, real estate, and premium wellness. The role involves working closely with the founder to craft compelling content and ad scripts, coordinate seamlessly with creative partners and agencies, analyze campaign data, and manage fast-paced projects under pressure. Location: Chennai (in-office, full-time) Compensation: Up to ₹18 LPA What You'll Do: Draft compelling content and scripts for Reels, ads, and marketing campaigns tailored to different brand voices. Actively coordinate with multiple agencies, creative partners, and internal stakeholders. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy and creative direction. Track and analyze ad spend data to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective and impactful. Work effectively under high-pressure, fast-paced situations to keep marketing operations running smoothly across finance, real estate, and premium wellness brands. What We're Looking For: A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can perform under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios. Compulsory proficiency in English (spoken & written). Brownie points if you know Hindi for wider team coordination. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, performance metrics, and operational efficiency. An understanding of building and managing premium consumer brands in categories like wellness, education, or lifestyle.
