Job Description

We are hiring for Founder's office role / Chief of Staff / EIR for a well-established D2C brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with founders to define and track company priorities, OKRs, and key initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and strategic business planning
  • Support decision-making through data, insights, and modeling
  • Identify and lead growth initiatives — from partnerships to demand generation to new market launches
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to accelerate GTM experiments and campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and growth KPIs, and build dashboards for visibility
  • Set up and drive project management rhythms across teams — sprint planning, reviews, and cross-team syncs
  • Build and manage scalable processes and internal systems for efficiency
  • Act as the founder’s proxy in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment and timely execution
  • Own strategic projects across fundraising, hiring, ops, customer success, or international expansion, as needed
