Role : Founder's Office - General Management Lead ( Full - time, from intern to Full time employment)

Be the founder's team right hand, driving high-impact initiatives and supporting WorkElate’s growth as an AI-native productivity platform.

• Lead and support core organizational tasks, including hiring, onboarding, operations, and managing communities (Discord/social)
• Develop and drive content, prepare pitch decks, coordinate key activities, and assist with investor/fundraising workflows
• Review products, conduct demos, and manage reporting and insights from strategic projects
• Conduct in-depth research, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to high-level business decisions
• Schedule, plan, and execute with relentless energy and hustle (expected intensity: 100-hour weeks at times)

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Excellent research, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
• Proven written and verbal communication skills; able to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience in hiring, project management, content development, or community building preferred
• Proficiency in modern SaaS/productivity tools and eagerness to leverage AI for efficiency
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient in high-growth startup environments
• Passion for innovation and shaping the future of work; ready to own zero-to-one projects
