Role Snapshot

• Work directly alongside the CTO to ship features at startup speed.

• Hands-on coding → full stack (React, Node.js, Python or similar).

• Turn ideas & feedback into features in days, not months.

• Handle end-to-end dev: frontend, backend, integrations, debugging.

• Contribute to architecture, roadmap, and product strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Front & Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Programming expertise, particularly in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in AI and automation tools is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
• Hungry for ownership, ESOPs, and impact, not salary.
