What You'll Do

• Work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and membership programs
• Own end-to-end problem statements — from framing opportunities to executing pilots and scaling solutions
• Utilize your product mindset to bring structured thinking and data-driven decision-making to complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of key projects
• Build dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks for business operations and strategic priorities
• Represent the Founder's Office in internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of Product Management experience (or equivalent role with product exposure)
• Strong problem-solving ability with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Eagerness to transition into a broader business role while leveraging product experience
• Hustler mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
