VeloExim is building an AI-powered operating system for cross-border trade. We work closely with exporters, importers, and global buyers to simplify market entry, compliance, and scale international trade using technology and domain expertise.

Role Overview

This is a high-exposure role working directly with the Founders’ Office. You will support new initiatives, business development, partnerships, and sales-related projects. The role is execution-heavy and suited for someone who wants to learn how real businesses are built from the inside—not theoretical strategy decks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new project launches from idea stage to execution.
• Assist in lead generation, prospect research, and outbound outreach.
• Work on partnership identification and initial coordination.
• Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and internal business notes.
• Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Conduct market and competitor research across export/import domains.
• Coordinate with internal teams (tech, ops, marketing) on ongoing initiatives.
• Take ownership of small but critical tasks with fast turnaround times.
  

Who Should Apply

• Students or fresh graduates with strong interest in startups, exports, or business building.
