About the Role

Work directly with the founder across performance marketing, brand building, and growth. You’ll be part of fast experiments, product launches, and day-to-day brand operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning & optimizing Meta, Google, and influencer campaigns.
• Analyse campaign data, create reports, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate ad creatives, scripts, hooks, and branding assets.
• Support new product launches (PDPs, landing pages, WhatsApp/email flows).
• Conduct competitor and category research.
• Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Contribute to high-impact strategic projects with the founder.

Requirements

• Strong interest in performance marketing & branding.
• Basic knowledge of digital ads, D2C, or design is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a bias for fast execution.
• Ability to multitask and take ownership.

• Must be available for on-site work in Gurgaon.

• Must be open to joining full-time after the internship.
