Founder's Office Intern

Location: Bangalore (On-site)  Compensation: 6,000 per month (part-time), 15,000 per month (full-time) About Daily Protein  Daily Protein is a Bangalore-based startup creating lean, vegetarian protein snacks for  gym-goers, fitness enthusiasts, and health-conscious individuals. Our products are designed for  people who want to stay consistent with their protein and calorie goals. We are a small,  fast-growing team and looking for a motivated candidate to join us at the ground level.  Key Responsibilities  1. Interact with gym-goers, fitness enthusiasts, and health-conscious individuals to build  awareness and subscriptions.  2. Conduct user interviews to understand customer needs, fitness habits, and feedback.  3. Collect and share feedback with the team to improve product and customer experience.  4. Plan and run community activities to engage with fitness audiences and increase brand  visibility.  5. Build and maintain a simple customer funnel/pipeline and track outreach progress.  6. Develop sales processes and SOPs for future business development teams.  7. Follow up with customers and ensure smooth onboarding.  8. Work closely with founders on strategies to increase growth and revenue.  What we are looking for  1. Available 4-5 hours daily, having an enthusiastic and energetic personality.  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with on-ground interaction.  3. Eagerness to learn and take ownership of existing as well as new processes.  4. Interest in fitness, health, or FMCG startups will be an advantage.  5. Prior exposure to business development or community work is preferred but not  mandatory.  Job Details  1. Location: On-site in Bangalore.  2. Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off).  What You Will Gain  1.
