Founder’s Office – Growth & Operations Associate

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of real execution experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and follow-ups via LinkedIn, email, or calls, should be comfortable initiating conversations and driving them to next steps.
• Hands-on experience managing content and digital marketing execution, including drafting posts, coordinating campaigns, and tracking engagement or lead signals.
• Proven ability to manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups with precision in fast-moving environments where priorities shift daily.
• Demonstrated capability to source, screen, and coordinate candidates end-to-end, including conducting initial calls and pushing hiring processes to closure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, decks, and structured summaries for clients and candidates.
