Founder's Office - Generalist (Intern/Fresher/1-2 Years Exp.)

UrbanDart is looking for ambitious and driven individuals eager to learn, execute, and grow in a fast-paced startup. As part of the CEO’s Office, you will be the right hand to the Founder, working on everything from leading key projects to handling critical execution tasks—whatever it takes to make things happen.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the CEO to drive strategic projects and execution.
• Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and business reports.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate across teams to implement initiatives and optimize processes.
• Sales & Marketing: Assist in campaigns, outreach, and customer interactions.
• Operations & Execution: Create and improve processes, manage vendors, and optimize workflows.
• Training & Documentation: Conduct internal training, create presentations, and maintain documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with partners, vendors, and internal teams to execute key projects.
• Strategy & Insights: Conduct research, analyze data, and assist in decision-making.
• Take ownership of miscellaneous tasks that help the company move forward.

What We Look For:

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides), and tech tools.
