We couldn’t clone Gaurav Zatakia, so we’re recruiting an ex‑entrepreneur (read: career hustler) who can jump into finance, supply chain, customer support—and everything else our core leadership is stretched on.

• Company: Flo Mattress (Mumbai‑based, D2C mattress brand)
• Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai
• Budget: 18 - 20 LPA
• Timeline: We’re on fast‑track—need someone in ASAP

What You’ll Do (when not sprinting ahead)

• Finance & Cashflow Hero: Analyze financial performance; build forecasts, manage budgets, cashflows & vendor payables; tighten margins.
• Supply Chain Fixer: Own SKU-level insights, inventory flows, vendor relationships, demand‑supply alignment and logistics optimization.
• Customer Support Enabler: Step in as needed—with processes, dashboards, metrics—improve resolution time and quality.
• Cross‑Functional Doer: Act as the “owner” when leadership can’t—run ad‑hoc projects, tackle bottlenecks across ops, finance, SC, CS.

Who We’re Looking For

• Ex‑Founder or Start‑up Leader: You’ve built something from scratch, led teams, lived chaos, and now want tangible impact.
• Generalist with Grit: You get your hands dirty—from P&L spreadsheets to Excel-based supply chain models to CS SOPs.
• Skill Arsenal: Excellent communication + data analytics + problem-solving across domains.
• Ambitious & Hungry: You don’t just solve problems—you anticipate them before they happen.
• Obsessive Ownership: You’re the kind of person who sees a gap and bridges it without asking—CFO‑level follow‑up reflex.
