The Role

We’re looking for a Founders Office Executive

operations, HR, finance, and business management

You’ll work directly with the founders, get involved in all kinds of projects, and learn how decisions are made across departments — from people ops to product and strategy.

Location:

🧩 Experience: 1–2 years preferred — but smart, proactive freshers are welcome too!

What You’ll Do

• Support the founders with day-to-day coordination, planning, and execution.
• Assist with

  operations, HR, and finance

  -related activities.
• Prepare reports, decks, and presentations for internal and external use.
• Handle communication, vendor coordination, and general office tasks.
• Help improve processes and bring structure to our growing operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance

  , or a related field.
• Strong

  analytical, communication,

  and

  organization

  skills.
• Interest in learning how startups operate — across people, finance, and technology.
• Comfortable using tools like

  Excel

  ,

  PowerPoint

  ,

  Google Sheets/Slides

  , or even

  photo/video editing

  or

  presentation tools

  .

• High level of trust, integrity, and professionalism

  — the role involves handling sensitive company and financial information.
• Prior experience or internship in operations, HR, or coordination roles — along with a

  good reference or recommendation

  — is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
