Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office Executive, located in Gurugram. The Founder's Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the founder in day-to-day tasks, managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in strategic planning. Additional responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing documents, overseeing project execution, and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in handling confidential information
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in project management and strategic planning is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
