We are looking for a Business Manager for the Founders Office. This sharp, analytical, and proactive professional will act as an extension of the Founder, ensuring clarity, coordination, and smooth execution across all business areas. This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership, overseeing multi-industry operations and managing priorities. You will ensure strategic decisions move quickly from discussion to action. Youll closely collaborate with the Founder on strategic initiatives as well as daily tasks, taking charge of everything from business planning and financial analysis to stakeholder coordination and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution & Business Integration
Be the central point of coordination between the Founder and heads of various businesses Wealth-Tech, Fintech, Renewable Energy, Laundry & Household Care, and Hospitality.
Translate the Founders strategic directives into clear execution roadmaps with measurable milestones.
Keep track of and ensure follow-through on key deliverables, deadlines, and outcomes across all ventures.
Design and manage dashboards summarizing weekly and monthly business performance metrics.
Identify bottlenecks, suggest solutions, and make sure issues are quickly escalated and resolved.
2. Planning, Research & Decision Support
Conduct financial, market, and operational research to help with decision-making and new business evaluations.
Draft investment notes, board summaries, project feasibility reports, and strategic memos for both internal and external stakeholders.
Assess potential investments or partnerships through basic due diligence and comparative analysis.
Maintain an organized information repository, ensuring all business data, reports, and documents are up-to-date and accessible.
3. Communication, Coordination & Representation
Act as the Founders representative in discussions, meetings, and reviews as needed, ensuring continuity in communication.
Write official correspondence, investor updates, partnership letters, and follow-up documentation.
Serve as the communication link between internal teams, external partners, investors, and advisors.
Ensure timely responses, prepare for meetings, and create high-quality presentations and briefing notes.
4. Financial Oversight & Analytical Review
Review key financials, business KPIs, and cost structures of ongoing ventures.
Help prepare business plans, annual budgets, and project P&Ls.
Analyze operational data to find opportunities for improvement and better ROI.
Work closely with accountants, CAs, and auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
5. Legal, Compliance & Documentation
Coordinate with legal teams on contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and investor documentation.
Keep track of all important legal, statutory, and regulatory filings.
Monitor all corporate documents, licenses, and compliance systematically.
6. Personal Efficiency & Time Optimization for the Founder
Prioritize and organize the Founders time, meetings, and key decisions for maximum impact.
Anticipate needs, prepare meeting briefs, and create action plans after meetings.
Build systems to reduce operational distractions and enable the Founder to focus on important activities.
Maintain confidentiality in all matters handled on behalf of the Founder.
