Company Description Social Span Agency specializes in graphic design, photography, public relations, social media management, and political campaigns. With a presence in India, the US, and Australia, we are dedicated to creating compelling and effective media strategies. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini, Delhi. We are looking for a dynamic Founder’s Associate who also brings proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will provide high-level strategic and operational support to the founder while taking full ownership of our social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include: • Managing and growing the agency’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) • Strategizing and executing social media campaigns and content calendars • Coordinating with design, photography, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging • Supporting the founder in daily operations, decision-making, and project management • Conducting competitor and industry research to inform campaigns and business strategies • Assisting in communication across departments and with clients • Managing schedules, meetings, and critical follow-ups for the founder Qualifications • Strong social media management skills with an understanding of trends, platforms, tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Canva, Creator Studio, etc.) • Proven experience in content ideation, copywriting, scheduling, and analytics reporting • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strategic thinking with strong research and analytical capabilities • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment • Prior experience in a similar role or in digital marketing, PR, or content-led businesses is preferred Salary Package 2.4LPA Show more Show less
