Founder's Assistant (Temporary)

Role Description

This is a temporary internship role for a Founder's Assistant. The Founder's Assistant will manage a variety of daily tasks, including coordinating operations, handling communications, organising meetings, and performing simple administrative duties. This is an on-site role based in South Delhi, requiring close collaboration with the founder to ensure operational efficiency and support his ongoing project(s), mainly Vinyans.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's (preferably a master's degree from a top college in language, media, communication, or business-related field)
• Strong organisational and basic presentation skills to handle communication and task prioritisation effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for professional correspondence and clear articulation of ideas.
• Attention to detail and reliability in managing administrative activities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processors and social media platforms.
• Capability to work independently and take initiative, paired with the flexibility to integrate team-based dynamics.
• Interest in the education or counselling field is a plus.

Work:

Time: 10 am - 5 pm (with an hour break - 6 hr workday - can be flexible)

Location(s): CR Park / Greater Kailash / Nehru Place; occasionally at Vasant Vihar as well

Weekday(s): 3 days (in person), 2 days (online) or as per the requirement

Compensation:

Rs. 7,500 (bi-weekly) or Rs. 15,000/month (with additional commissions & benefits)
