Role Description This is a temporary internship role for a Founder's Assistant. The Founder's Assistant will manage a variety of daily tasks, including coordinating operations, handling communications, organising meetings, and performing simple administrative duties. This is an on-site role based in South Delhi, requiring close collaboration with the founder to ensure operational efficiency and support his ongoing project(s), mainly Vinyans. Qualifications A bachelor's (preferably a master's degree from a top college in language, media, communication, or business-related field) Strong organisational and basic presentation skills to handle communication and task prioritisation effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for professional correspondence and clear articulation of ideas. Attention to detail and reliability in managing administrative activities with a high degree of accuracy. Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processors and social media platforms. Capability to work independently and take initiative, paired with the flexibility to integrate team-based dynamics. Interest in the education or counselling field is a plus. Work: Time: 10 am - 5 pm (with an hour break - 6 hr workday - can be flexible) Location(s): CR Park / Greater Kailash / Nehru Place; occasionally at Vasant Vihar as well Weekday(s): 3 days (in person), 2 days (online) or as per the requirement Compensation: Rs. 7,500 (bi-weekly) or Rs. 15,000/month (with additional commissions & benefits)
