Job Description

Role Overview: As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Deployment Strategist at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in deploying AI-powered solutions on Salesforce to drive business impact and adoption. You will lead a peer group of FDEs, oversee deployments, set goals, address challenges, and connect customer needs with product development. Your focus will be on crafting and deploying innovative solutions that leverage the Agentforce platform and beyond. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis, design, and solutioning of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments - Own the end-to-end data landscape, design robust data models, build efficient processing pipelines, and establish seamless integration strategies - Oversee the successful deployment of solutions, monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations - Operate with a "get-things-done" mindset, focusing on rapid prototyping, iterative development, and quick delivery of impactful solutions - Embed deeply with client teams to understand their challenges and goals, providing expert guidance and driving measurable value - Serve as a vital feedback loop between customers and internal product/engineering teams - Analyze existing business processes and guide customers through process transformation and reengineering - Lead a group of peers in the execution of deployment initiatives, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project delivery Qualifications Required: - 14+ years of overall experience & 5+ years of hands-on solutioning experience in cloud-based technologies - Understanding of Salesforce platform, including Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs - Hands-on experience building solutions with AI/LLM technologies - Proficiency in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics - Exceptional ability to confront open-ended problems and demonstrate a solution-oriented approach - Entrepreneurial spirit, focus on fast delivery and measurable customer impact - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Proven team leadership experience - Prior customer-facing experience in a technical or consulting role - Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time as needed to customer sites Additional Company Details: Salesforce is a customer-focused company that empowers you to be a Trailblazer, driving your performance and career growth.
