Job Description

Role Overview: As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Deployment Strategist at Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in deploying AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on business impact and adoption. Your responsibilities will include leading the analysis, design, and hands-on solutioning of intelligent AI-powered agents, overseeing the successful deployment of solutions, and serving as a trusted technical and strategic partner to client teams. You will also lead a group of peers in the execution of deployment initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the product through feedback loops. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis, design, and hands-on solutioning of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments - Own the end-to-end data landscape, designing robust data models and building efficient processing pipelines - Oversee the successful deployment of solutions, ensuring flawless integration with existing customer infrastructure - Operate with a "get-things-done" mindset, focusing on rapid prototyping and quick delivery of impactful solutions - Embed deeply with client teams to understand their operational challenges and act as a primary technical advisor - Serve as a vital feedback loop between customers and internal product/engineering teams - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement through intelligent agents - Lead a group of peers in the execution of deployment initiatives, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project delivery Qualifications Required: - 14+ years of overall experience & 5+ years of hands-on solutioning experience - Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem - Hands-on experience building solutions with AI/LLM technologies - Experience in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics - Exceptional ability to confront open-ended problems in unstructured, ambiguous environments - Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on fast delivery and measurable customer impact - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Proven team leadership experience - Prior customer-facing experience in a technical or consulting role - Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites Additional Details: Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, empowering companies to connect with customers in a whole new way.
