Position Summary:
Pidilite Paints Company is hiring a Forklift Floor Supervisor for its manufacturing unit in Vapi, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for supervising forklift operations on the shop floor and ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient material movement.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily forklift and material-handling operations
Manage forklift operators, duty allocation, and shifts
Ensure safe loading, unloading, stacking, and movement of materials
Monitor forklift condition, daily checklists, and maintenance follow-ups
Ensure compliance with safety norms, SOPs, and plant policies
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and dispatch teams
Maintain records of material movement, attendance, and productivity

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience as Forklift Operator / Floor Supervisor preferred
Valid Forklift License – Mandatory
Good leadership and communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
