Foreman - Horticulture

The Foreman Horticulture at ATS HomeKraft will oversee and manage the landscaping and horticultural activities at Province d'Olympia, Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway. This role requires an experienced professional who can maintain and enhance the green spaces, ensuring optimal plant health, aesthetic appeal, and environmental sustainability. Responsibilities include supervising horticultural workers, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with landscaping plans and maintenance schedules. Minimum Requirements: - Education: Graduate in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance, preferably in large residential or commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Landscaping & Maintenance: The Foreman will supervise and execute landscaping activities such as plantation, trimming, and lawn care. They will ensure proper maintenance of plants, trees, lawns, and flowerbeds. Additionally, monitoring irrigation systems and overseeing water conservation measures are crucial tasks. Team Supervision & Coordination: Managing a team of gardeners, assigning daily tasks, conducting training sessions, and ensuring safety standards and work discipline are key responsibilities. Plant Health & Pest Control: Implementing best practices for pest and disease management, conducting soil testing, recommending suitable fertilizers, composting, and mulching techniques are essential for maintaining plant health. Vendor & Material Management: Coordinating with external suppliers, maintaining horticultural material inventory, and ensuring timely replenishment are crucial tasks for seamless operations. Compliance & Reporting: Keeping records of plant species, maintenance schedules, and expenses, preparing monthly reports on horticultural activities and budget utilization, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and landscaping standards are important aspects of the role.
