Manage the operation and maintenance of gardening equipment, such as lawnmowers and weed cutters. Ensure cleanliness and aesthetic arrangement of green spaces, including decoration with potted plants for company events and functions. Maintain a database of plant species and their care schedules for effective monitoring. Conduct training programs for gardeners to enhance skills in modern horticulture techniques.
