Roles & Responsibilities : ? Develop and implement the companys foreign trade strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and trade policies. ? Manage the companys international logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and distribution. ? Oversee the preparation of all import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations. ? Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, suppliers, and partners to promote the companys products and services. ? Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks in foreign markets. ? Manage team and provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure their continued professional development. ? Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across all aspects of the supply chain. ? Monitor and analyze trade data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. ? Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including export controls, sanctions, and anti-corruption laws.
