Football Coach - Real Madrid Football Foundation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality football training in line with Real Madrid methodology and philosophy
• Develop technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills of young players
• Monitor and report player progress
• Create a safe, positive, and challenging training environment
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and technical staff
• Represent the values and standards of Conscient Sports Real Madrid Football Foundation both on and off the pitch

Requirements:

• AFC & AIFF Licensed Coaches
• Proven coaching experience with youth players (academy level preferred)
• Strong understanding of modern football tactics and player development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing young talent
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as required
