Our machines are used in leading cities across India—Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore—delivering the perfect cup every time.

From premium SuperBrew machines for enterprises to SmartBrew bulk chai systems, we are on a mission to transform how millions of Indians enjoy their daily cup.
Now, as we strengthen our R&D department, we are looking for a passionate Food Technologist to help us unlock the future of chai, coffee, and beyond.
As a Food Technologist (R&D), you will be responsible for:
*Experiment with different ratios of milk, water, tea powder, sugar.
*Vary brewing times using our different machine models (in production and under development).
*Work with various tea powders, blends, cow milk, buffalo milk, tetra-pack milk (including imported samples).
*Present the best-tasting outcomes to company directors for approval.
*Test and refine blends of filter coffee, decoctions, and regional coffee varieties.
*Innovate brewing parameters within our machines to deliver café-like quality.
*Develop new masala chai blends by combining spices, oleoresins, natural additives, and enhancers.
*Continuously experiment to achieve authentic yet scalable taste profiles.
*Use AI tools, research insights, and sensory evaluation techniques to recommend new recipes, product variants, and revenue-generating ideas.
*Collaborate with machine R&D engineers to align recipes with brewing hardware/software.
If AntiGra expands into other kitchen automation appliances — research and develop corresponding food recipes, processes, and innovations.
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science or related fields.
Experience: 3–8 years in food product R&D, recipe standardization, or sensory evaluation (beverages experience preferred).
*Passion for chai, coffee, and flavor science.
*Strong knowledge of tea/coffee brewing, milk chemistry, and spice blending.
*Research-driven, innovative mindset with hands-on lab/experimental skills.
*Familiarity with AI tools for research & food innovation.
*Excellent documentation & reporting skills (creating SOPs, sensory evaluation sheets, recipe documentation).
*Languages: Proficiency in English (for documentation); Hindi/Marathi a plus.

*Introduction of at least 2–3 new beverage/recipe innovations per year.
*Documented process sheets ensuring repeatability & scalability.
*Contribution to new product feasibility studies in future appliances.
