Now, as we strengthen our R&D department, we are looking for a passionate Food Technologist to help us unlock the future of chai, coffee, and beyond. Roles & Responsibilities As a Food Technologist (R&D), you will be responsible for: Chai Recipe Development *Experiment with different ratios of milk, water, tea powder, sugar. *Vary brewing times using our different machine models (in production and under development). *Work with various tea powders, blends, cow milk, buffalo milk, tetra-pack milk (including imported samples). *Present the best-tasting outcomes to company directors for approval. Coffee Innovation and Recipe Development *Test and refine blends of filter coffee, decoctions, and regional coffee varieties. *Innovate brewing parameters within our machines to deliver café-like quality. Spice & Flavor Research *Develop new masala chai blends by combining spices, oleoresins, natural additives, and enhancers. *Continuously experiment to achieve authentic yet scalable taste profiles. Product Innovation & R&D *Use AI tools, research insights, and sensory evaluation techniques to recommend new recipes, product variants, and revenue-generating ideas. *Collaborate with machine R&D engineers to align recipes with brewing hardware/software. Future Kitchen Automation If AntiGra expands into other kitchen automation appliances — research and develop corresponding food recipes, processes, and innovations. What We’re Looking For Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science or related fields. Experience: 3–8 years in food product R&D, recipe standardization, or sensory evaluation (beverages experience preferred). Skills & Traits: *Passion for chai, coffee, and flavor science. *Strong knowledge of tea/coffee brewing, milk chemistry, and spice blending. *Research-driven, innovative mindset with hands-on lab/experimental skills. *Familiarity with AI tools for research & food innovation. *Excellent documentation & reporting skills (creating SOPs, sensory evaluation sheets, recipe documentation). *Languages: Proficiency in English (for documentation); Hindi/Marathi a plus. We’re now expanding our R&D team and looking for a passionate Industrial Product Designer who can bring creativity, functionality, and user-centric thinking to life to help us take our designs to the next level. Roles & Responsibilities As an Industrial Product Designer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our machines look, feel, and function — from concept to production. 🔹 Design & Conceptualization Create aesthetically appealing, ergonomic, and functional product designs for tea & coffee vending machines and other upcoming automation products. Translate user insights , engineering requirements , and manufacturing constraints into practical design concepts. Develop 3D models, renders, and mockups for presentation and review using CAD tools ( SolidWorks, Rhino, Creo and Keyshot ). Design modular components, enclosures, and panels for manufacturability (sheet metal, plastic molding, die-casting, etc.). 🔹 Collaboration & Prototyping Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and electronics engineers to ensure design feasibility and integration. Oversee prototype development —from rapid prototyping (3D printing, laser cutting) to assembly trials. Iterate designs based on testing feedback from R&D and field performance. 🔹 User Experience (UX) & Interface Integration Collaborate with software/UI teams to ensure intuitive human–machine interfaces (HMI) for ease of use and visual appeal. Focus on operator convenience , accessibility , and maintenance efficiency in every design. 🔹 Research & Benchmarking Study market trends, competitor products, materials, and global appliance design standards. Explore sustainable design practices —material optimization, recyclability, and modularity. Document and present design rationales, sketches, and concept boards to the management and R&D team. 🔹 Cross-Product Design Involvement Contribute to future kitchen automation appliances — applying the same design thinking and ergonomics principles. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Your success will be measured by: Design Quality: Functionality, manufacturability, and aesthetic coherence of designs. Prototype Turnaround Time: Speed and accuracy in moving from concept to prototype. User Experience (UX) Score: Feedback from internal testing and end users. Design-to-Manufacture Efficiency: Reduction in rework, material wastage, or assembly time due to design optimization. Skills & Traits Required 🧠 Technical & Design Skills Bachelor’s / Master’s in Industrial Design / Product Design / Mechanical Design Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Product Designer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in industry-standard design softwares and visualization tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Creo and Keyshot. Knowledge of any other product design software would be a plus. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, sheet metal design, plastic molding, and finishing techniques . Experience designing consumer appliances, vending machines, or industrial products preferred. Familiarity with ergonomic principles, UX design, and safety compliance . 💡 Personal Traits Strong creative visualization and a keen sense of proportion, color, and form.
