Job Description

As an R&D Executive at Meharaj Foods in Chennai, your primary role will involve assisting in the development of new food products, formulations, and recipes. You will conduct research on ingredients, trends, and market demands. Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, performing sensory evaluations, and conducting shelf-life studies are part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate with production and QC teams for scale-up trials and document formulations, test results, and process improvements. Innovation and improvement of existing product lines will also be a key part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field Please note that female candidates are preferred for this position.
