Food Service Team Member

As a Food and Beverage Associate, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers upon their arrival at the outlet and provide them with assistance. You will play a crucial role in helping customers choose flavors that align with their preferences and offer suggestions on toppings that complement their selected frozen yogurt. Overseeing the ordering process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to the kitchen area will also be part of your duties. - Greet customers and assist them in choosing flavors and toppings for frozen yogurt - Oversee the ordering process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to the kitchen - Monitor inventory of food and beverage items, communicate low stock situations to the manager, and handle stocking activities according to instructions - Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure proper food rotation practices are followed - Build and maintain effective relationships with staff members to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries - Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas, ensuring hygiene and quality standards are met - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide assistance throughout their experience - Operate telephone exchange to address service queries over the phone Preferred shift availability includes morning and evening shifts, with weekend availability required. The work location will be in person, and a positive attitude along with excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
