Role Overview: As a Food and Beverage Associate, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers upon their arrival at the outlet and provide them with assistance. It will be your responsibility to maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure proper food rotation practices are followed. Building and maintaining effective relationships with all staff members is crucial to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that hygiene and quality standards are met. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and providing assistance throughout their experience will be a key aspect of your role. Operating the telephone exchange to address queries regarding services over the phone will also be part of your responsibilities.
