Food Service Team Member

As a Food and Beverage Associate, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers upon their arrival at the outlet and provide them with assistance. You will play a crucial role in helping customers choose flavors that align with their preferences and offer suggestions on toppings that complement their selected frozen yogurt. Overseeing the ordering process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to the kitchen area will also be part of your duties. Monitoring the inventory of food and beverage items, communicating low stock situations to the restaurant manager, and handling stocking activities according to set instructions are essential tasks. It will be your responsibility to maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure proper food rotation practices are followed. Building and maintaining effective relationships with all staff members is crucial to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that hygiene and quality standards are met. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and providing assistance throughout their experience will be a key aspect of your role. Operating the telephone exchange to address queries regarding services over the phone will also be part of your responsibilities. Preferred shift availability includes morning and evening shifts, with weekend availability required. You will be expected to work full-time with the possibility of performance bonuses. The work location will be in person, and a positive attitude along with excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.,
