As a Quality Control (QC) for Medu Vada, Appe, and Idli Batter production, your role is crucial in upholding the highest quality standards. You will leverage your expertise in food quality control to ensure that all batches adhere to food safety regulations and maintain consistent quality throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: - Batch Clearance: You will be responsible for inspecting and approving all batches of Medu Vada, Appe, and Idli Batter before they are cleared for production. No batch will proceed without your QC approval. - Quality Inspections: Conduct regular checks during production to evaluate consistency, taste, texture, and appearance of the products, maintaining their high quality. - Standards Adherence: Ensure that all production activities align with established food safety and quality standards. This involves monitoring ingredient quality, processing procedures, packaging, and storage conditions. - Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control checks, including batch testing, results, and any corrective actions implemented to uphold quality standards. - Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of production equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements. - Problem Resolution: Identify and address issues in the production line promptly, collaborating with the production team to resolve quality-related concerns efficiently. - Training: Provide continuous training and guidance to production staff on quality control protocols and standards to enhance overall quality assurance. - Compliance: Ensure that all quality control activities adhere to local food safety regulations and company policies to maintain regulatory compliance.
