Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience.
Manage and coordinate service staff during shifts.
Ensure adherence to service SOPs, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen team for timely service.
Train and groom service staff on service standards and guest handling.
Ensure billing accuracy and support cash counter operations when required.
Maintain discipline and teamwork on the floor.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of F&B service standards.
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
Guest-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
