Job Description

  • Operations Management: Direct daily activities of all food & beverage outlets, from room service to large events, ensuring efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff (chefs, servers, bartenders) to deliver excellent service.
  • Financial Control: Develop budgets, monitor revenues/expenses, control costs, and negotiate with vendors to maximize profit.
  • Menu & Quality: Develop appealing menus, maintain high food/beverage quality, and ensure presentation standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure superior guest experiences.
  • Inventory & Procurement: Manage ordering, minimize waste, control stock, and ensure compliance with suppliers.
  • Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
