Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage service areas to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage equipment and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.
