Job Description

As part of the Club's Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service to members and guests. You will ensure a high standard of service at all dining areas, lounges, and event spaces while promoting a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests courteously, ensuring a friendly and personalized experience.
  • Present menus, explain club specials, and provide recommendations when required.
  • Take orders accurately and liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Serve food and beverages as per club standards and member preferences.
  • Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of service areas and dining spaces.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and address any service concerns promptly.
  • Follow club policies regarding billing and secure handling of payments.
  • Assist in banquet setups and service during club events or private parties.
  • Maintain inventory of service items and report shortages or maintenance issues.
  • Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards in line with club regulations.
  • Support team members and contribute to a smooth flow of daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel/club/restaurant F&B service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional local language(s) a plus.
  • Good personal grooming, positive attitude, and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and club etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a member-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Club dining areas, lounges, bars, and outdoor service zones.
  • Fast-paced, guest-facing environment with high service expectations.
  • Shift-based work including weekends and club event days.
