Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time Work From Office (WFO) role. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-impact visuals across digital, print, merchandise, and events—driving the visual language of a brand that spans fashion, poker events, and lifestyle experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging creatives for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, web banners, posters, in-store collaterals, packaging, merchandise, and presentations.
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to execute visual assets that align with strategic goals.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms and formats.
• Create mood boards, visual narratives, and pitch decks as required.
• Edit basic videos and animations for digital platforms (motion graphics is a plus).
• Adapt and resize existing artwork to various formats, languages, or campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a creative or brand environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere is a plus).
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio is mandatory – must showcase variety and originality.

Preferred Add-Ons:

• Motion graphics or basic video editing capabilities.
• UI/UX design knowledge (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Trend awareness, meme fluency, and comfort with experimental content formats.
