Food and Beverage Sales Executive

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott, your role involves ensuring that the staff works together as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. Your responsibilities include: - Inspecting grooming and attire of staff, rectifying any deficiencies - Completing opening and closing duties such as setting up necessary supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors - Inspecting storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness - Completing scheduled inventories and stocking necessary supplies - Monitoring dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being - Completing work orders for maintenance repairs You will also be expected to assist management in various tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees. You will serve as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Additionally, you will need to adhere to company policies and safety procedures, report any incidents or unsafe conditions, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional. In terms of qualifications, you are required to have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory experience of at least 1 year is also preferred.
