Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service areas. Monitor inventory, ordering, and delivery of food and beverage supplies. Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards. Ensure high standards of guest service are consistently delivered. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve them promptly. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest dining experience. Hire, train, and develop F&B staff (waiters, bartenders, supervisors, etc.). Schedule and manage shifts to ensure optimal staffing. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions. Preferred candidate profile Experince in Hotel Food & Beverage Management
