Job Description

Role & responsibilities Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff (waiters, hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff). Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations. Motivate the team to maintain a high level of performance. Conduct performance evaluations and resolve team conflicts. Ensure excellent guest service and dining experience. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including food service, cleanliness, and ambiance. Monitor dining area and kitchen activities to ensure timely service. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure quality and presentation. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality, team leadership, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong operational background and the ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment efficiently.
