Job Description

Role & responsibilities Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff (waiters, hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff). Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations. Motivate the team to maintain a high level of performance. Conduct performance evaluations and resolve team conflicts. Ensure excellent guest service and dining experience. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including food service, cleanliness, and ambiance. Monitor dining area and kitchen activities to ensure timely service. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure quality and presentation.
