Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Conduct research to stay updated on trends, best practices, and innovations in the hospitality sector.
  • * Develop curriculum for food and beverage courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • * Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions to students in food and beverage management.
  • * Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate food and beverage management with other hospitality disciplines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 2-7 years of experience as a lecturer or professor in hotel management or related field.
  • * Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or equivalent qualification in Food and Beverage Service.
  • * Strong teaching skills with ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs of students.
  • * Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and industry partners.
