Job Description

Food & Beverage Executive

Core Responsibilities

Vendor Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for catering partners. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conduct regular audits of food quality, and manage contract renewals.
Menu Planning & Innovation:
Collaborate with chefs to design diverse, nutritious, and seasonal menus that cater to various dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc.).
Operations & Quality Control:
Oversee daily cafeteria operations, pantry management, and vending machine services. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
Event Coordination:
Lead the F&B planning for internal town halls, client meetings, and executive board dinners, ensuring seamless service and premium presentation.
Budget & Inventory:
Manage the F&B budget, track monthly expenditures, and optimize costs without compromising on quality.
Feedback & Experience:
Implement feedback loops (surveys/focus groups) to measure employee satisfaction and quickly address any service gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within a corporate setting or a high-end hotel.
