Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Food and Beverage Captain. The Food and Beverage Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to service standards, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
