Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain located at Crystal Plaza Hotel in Kochi. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining service standards, overseeing food service, and providing excellent customer service. The role also requires effective communication with both staff and guests to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and ability to lead a team
• Strong Service Standards and dedication to excellence
• Experience in Food Service operations
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a hospitality or food service setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
