Food and Beverage Associate

Role Overview: As a Beverage Server, your primary role will be to mix and serve a variety of drinks according to recipes and customer preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining the bar area, including stock control, cleanliness, and organization. Engaging with guests, taking drink orders, offering suggestions or recommendations, and adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines are key aspects of this position. Additionally, being knowledgeable about the bar's drink menu and ingredients, following safety and hygiene protocols, and addressing customer complaints or issues related to the bar or beverage service will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Mix and serve a variety of drinks according to recipes and customer preferences - Maintain the bar area, including stock control, cleanliness, and organization - Engage with guests, take drink orders, and offer suggestions or recommendations - Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs, monitoring guests" alcohol consumption, and refusing service when necessary - Be knowledgeable about the bar's drink menu and ingredients - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work area - Address customer complaints and any issues related to the bar or beverage service Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in beverage preparation and bar management is preferred - Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with guests - Knowledge of responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer complaints professionally - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts - Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person.
