Job Overview

We are hiring a Food and Beverage Service Associate to support daily restaurant operations and deliver a high standard of service to guests. The role involves guest interaction, order handling, food and beverage service, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Food and Beverage Service Associate will greet and assist guests in the dining area, take food and beverage orders accurately, and operate the POS system. The role includes serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in service and dining areas. The associate will coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow, guide guests on menu options, and support inventory handling and daily operational activities. Maintaining guest satisfaction and addressing basic service-related queries are essential responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or QSR. Basic knowledge of Indian and Chinese cuisine and beverages is required. Familiarity with IMFL brands and basic mocktail or cocktail service will be an added advantage. Good communication and guest-handling skills are essential. Candidates must have a positive attitude, be team-oriented, and be comfortable working on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
