Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Server at our location in Patna. The Food Server will be responsible for greeting guests, taking and serving orders, ensuring customer needs are met, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food orders and providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and excellent Communication skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings, including menu familiarity, ingredients, and dietary requirements.
• Experience or skills in Food Service, including order taking, serving, and ensuring timely delivery of food.
• Basic understanding or interest in Cooking is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain composure under pressure, and work as a team player.
• Prior experience in a similar food service or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
