Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune for a Food and Beverage Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, serving dishes and beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and supporting smooth operational workflows. The role requires engagement with guests to enhance their dining experience and collaborating closely with the kitchen and service staff to meet restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and understanding of Food & Beverage safety practices
• Experience in Food Service and delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask, work in a team, and handle fast-paced environments
• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations preferred
