Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven FMCG Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of fast-moving consumer goods, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring effective product distribution and visibility in the market. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell the company’s range of FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and grow market share in assigned territories. Visit clients regularly to build and maintain strong relationships. Monitor sales performance and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets. Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives in the field. Track competitor activities and market trends, and report insights to the management team. Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock availability. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally and promptly
