Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a FMCG Sales Executive located in Asansol. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, and promoting the company's FMCG products. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients. Collaboration with the marketing and logistics teams is integral to ensure smooth operations and to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales techniques such as lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Basic proficiency with sales-related software and tools
  • Experience in field sales and working in on-site roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to travel locally as required
