FMCG Sales executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard distributors and retailers in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent product availability.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and market expansion goals.
• Ensure proper placement, visibility, and promotion of products at retail outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for strategy improvement.
• Conduct regular visits to the market to track sales performance and collection.
• Coordinate with the internal team for timely supply and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local market (Rajkot and surrounding areas).
• Proven ability to build distributor and retailer networks.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
• Qualification: Graduate (preferred), but not mandatory if experienced.
